Hi, I'm Kyla!
I'm a born-and-raised Colorado "Mountain Girl" imported to the Wyoming prairie. Wife of "that funny cowboy plumber guy who's always making up songs." Embracing rural ranch life one day at a time. I fell in love with Wyoming through the lens of a camera. My life has always had animals a-plenty. My goals as a 9-yr old kid were to move to Wyoming, live in a cabin in the woods far from people and raise Coonhounds. Real life came close enough. We live 30 minutes from town in a little house on the prairie, and I raise Ragdoll cats... Turns out puppies are a lot more work than kittens!
I love to learn and believe it's important to be well-educated in any subject one chooses to spend time engaged in. I believe in the value of strong mentors, that the voice of experience outweighs trying to figure it out alone, and that a cat with a good strong purr can be better medicine than almost anything.
We try to keep life pretty simple, read the Bible daily, nourish our bodies with "real food", and love our neighbors. All of 'em. Yep, that means you, too.
